Position summary
As a Billing Support Assistant, you'll help keep our billing operation running smoothly. You'll be hands-on, working closely with the Senior Biller to solve billing queries, maintain accurate records, and support colleagues across the firm. You'll gain exposure to a range of practice areas, contribute to complex billing matters, and help drive efficient financial processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This six-month fixed-term contract (FTC) is based in our London office.
Position responsibilities
- The implementation and monitoring of special rates.
- Raising and posting of credit notes.
- Aderant client and matter maintenance, for example, closing matters and clients, updating File managers.
- Amending Bill Groups, for example, currency changes and time revaluation.

Experience, skills, and qualifications
- Experience of working in a billing environment in the legal sector.
- High degree of accuracy required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a confident and professional manner.
- Motivated team player with a proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to investigate and problem solve to resolve issues.
