Billing Clerk – London
We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Billing Clerk to join their finance team in London. This is a permanent, full-time position, and the firm is looking to have someone in seat as soon as possible.
This is a great opportunity for a billing professional to join a busy legal finance function. We are open to experience levels, so whether you are an established billing specialist or someone more junior looking to develop, we would be keen to hear from you.

The Details
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Location: London – 100% office-based
- Type: Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing and managing proformas
- Working to client billing guides and requirements
- Handling e-billing submissions and queries
- Supporting fee-earners through the end-to-end billing process
- Assisting with WIP (Work in Progress) management and broader accounts tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a legal billing or finance role (established specialists and developing candidates both considered)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with proformas, billing guides, and e-billing processes
- Good communication skills for liaising with fee-earners and clients
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a busy environment
