Payroll & Billing Manager
💷 Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
📍 Location: North Wales (Llandudno)
🕒 Permanent, Full-Time Hybrid (1 Day once fully trained)
Are you an experienced Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, or Credit Control professional looking for a varied role with broader responsibilities?
I'm currently working with an established educational organisation in North Wales that is looking to appoint a Billing & Payroll Manager to join their finance team.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the monthly payroll process
- Overseeing billing, invoicing, and fee collection activities
- Credit control and aged debt management
- Processing BACS payments and reconciliations
- Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes
- Pension administration and payroll compliance
- Producing finance and payroll reports for management

What are they looking for?
- Experience within payroll, sales ledger, accounts receivable, credit control, or transactional finance
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience of Sage Payroll would be advantageous
