BIM Coordinator

Senior BIM Coordinator (Fixed Term – 6-9 Months)

About Us

Our client is a regeneration and development company driving one of London’s most ambitious growth and transformation programmes. Over the next five years, they will deliver around £1 billion of capital projects, including new homes, schools, and major infrastructure.

As part of London’s fastest-growing borough, you’ll join a high-performance organisation blending private-sector drive with public-sector purpose, working on projects that reshape communities and create lasting impact.

The Role: BIM Coordinator (PMO)

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support our Programme Management Office (PMO), leading Building Information Management (BIM) and data quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of projects.

You will ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant project information, enabling stakeholders to assess progress, mitigate risks, and deliver projects collaboratively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of BIM within the PMO.
  • Configure and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), currently using Viewpoint (subject to change).
  • Develop and administer Project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
  • Establish and enforce document naming conventions, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Oversee BIM implementation plans and compliance trackers.
  • Deliver BIM training, guidance, and support to internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure alignment with UK BIM Framework, government legislation, and corporate policies.
  • Conduct information audits, assess system needs, and support procurement and development of new solutions.
  • Present BIM and compliance updates to senior management and board members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
