What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary MEP models across major construction projects
- Managing clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks and Revit
- Supporting production of coordinated, buildable models and construction drawings
- Ensuring models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards
- Managing digital information within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, or Viewpoint
- Producing 2D drawings, sections, schedules, and 3D visuals from coordinated models
- Supporting Design and Project Teams throughout project delivery
- Assisting with digital handover and as-built model development
- Coordinating subcontractor BIM models and ensuring integration into master project models
- Attending coordination meetings, workshops, and project reviews
- Supporting prefabrication and off-site manufacturing opportunities through accurate model coordination

Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician role within the M&E / Building Services sector
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
- Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services
- Good understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and digital construction processes
- Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within project teams
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
