About the Role
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to strengthen the digital delivery capability of our London Workplace Interiors studio. Focused on hands-on support, this role involves assisting project teams in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM workflows, Revit add-ins, and Enscape, with an emphasis on solving live project issues, enhancing model quality, and fostering digital confidence.
This is a supportive, coordinating, and capability-building position aimed at improving the team’s consistency in Revit, BIM, and digital workflows for a diverse group of designers—spanning from beginners to experienced professionals.
Purpose of the Role
The BIM Coordinator will:
- Raise the baseline in Revit, BIM, and digital workflow expertise across the Workplace Interiors studio.
- Serve as the approachable primary point of contact for troubleshooting Revit, BIM, ACC,BIM 360, add-ins and Enscape queries.
- Ensure consistent digital delivery standards and model quality while supporting live projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring workflow challenges, key risk areas, and opportunities for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Studio & Project Support
- Provide day-to-day Revit, BIM, and digital workflow support for Workplace project teams.
- Resolve live project issues including:
- Model setup, worksharing, linked files, views, sheets, schedules, families, file performance
- Revit add-ins and plugins
- Assist with:
- Project setup (templates, coordinates, linked files, worksets, shared parameters, browser organisation)
- Model health checks, audits, and issue resolution
- Efficient use of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 for file sharing, coordination, and issue tracking
- Basic coordination workflows (linked/federated model reviews)
- Troubleshoot Enscape issues related to model setup, performance, materials, lighting, views, assets, and exports, ensuring smooth use for design development and client-facing outputs.

Standards, Content & Quality
- Help maintain and improve Workplace Revit templates, content libraries, and standard workflows.
- Ensure consistent naming conventions, parameters, schedules, families, and documentation.
- Identify recurring model issues, content gaps, and workflow inefficiencies across projects.
- Provide actionable feedback to the Digital Practice Team on common support themes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop short training guides, workflow explainers, and internal documentation to streamline processes.
Training & Capability Building
- Offer informal desk-side support and targeted training for designers.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new starters regarding Revit and studio workflows.
- Support junior and mid-level designers in building confidence and consistency in Revit usage.
- Contribute to workshops, clinics, and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in architecture, interiors, BIM, design technology, or a related field.
- Strong practical Revit skills, ideally in workplace interiors, commercial fit-out, or architectural delivery.
- A deep understanding of:
- Revit project setup (worksharing, linked models, families, schedules, sheets, documentation)
- Prior experience supporting other users with Revit or BIM queries.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Familiarity with Revit add-ins, plugins, and productivity tools.
- Strong Enscape expertise with experience addressing model setup, performance, materials, lighting, and exports.
- Understanding of BIM coordination and principles of model quality.
- Clear and approachable communication—able to explain technical issues simply to non-technical users.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable—capable of prioritising support across multiple project teams.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience in workplace interiors, commercial interiors, fit-out, or refurbishment.
- Awareness of ISO 19650 principles and standards.
- Knowledge of ACC Model Coordination, Navisworks, Revizto, or similar coordination tools.
- Experience developing complex Revit families, templates, or shared parameters.
- Teaching or training experience—preferably within corporate or technical environments.
- Familiarity with Rhino, Power BI, Excel, or Dynamo (streamlining workflows).

- Recurring technical issues are documented, analysed, and converted into structured training or workflow updates.
- Revit confidence improves, fostering independence across the team.
- The Digital Practice team has improved visibility into recurring risks, enabling proactive improvements.
