Security Cleared BIM Coordinator (Remote / Occasional Site Visits)
We’re supporting a well-established organisation in the Defence & Security sector as they grow their Digital Engineering capability. They’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to take ownership of model coordination and BIM standards, working closely with multi-disciplinary design and delivery teams on secure, high-impact projects.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating digital building models across design and construction stakeholders
- Acting as the primary BIM point of contact for the project team
- Ensuring models/information remain accurate, coordinated and up to date
- Supporting collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors and delivery teams
- Maintaining BIM documentation, standards and agreed ways of working
- Helping projects run smoothly and to programme by improving information flow and model integrity

What we’re looking for
- Security Clearance: you must already hold clearance or be eligible to obtain it (UK-based, background/eligibility checks apply)
- Solid experience in BIM coordination / digital model management within design or construction environments
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Clear communication—able to manage interfaces and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
- Relevant qualification (engineering, architecture, construction, or equivalent practical experience)
