About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator for our water team, specialising in Common Data Environments (CDEs) and CAD software. This is an exciting role that combines technical expertise with innovation, where you’ll:
- Lead hydraulic design software integration with CAD tools.
- Create smart automations to enhance multi-platform workflows.
- Collaborate on projects involved in water engineering, QA processes, and 3D BIM/CDE environments.
- Lead document control, set CAD/document standards, and drive efficiency through automation.
- Work with a proactive, collaborative team delivering cutting-edge sustainable water solutions.

The role provides a unique opportunity to shape drainage project delivery within a dynamic team.
A Typical Week
- Drawing coordination & data control
- Creating BIM Execution Plans
- Ensuring compliance with BIM standards (PAS 1192, BS EN ISO 19650) and project workflows
- Performing CAD quality checks on deliverables
- Developing efficient workflows, templates, and standard details for the team
- Collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams
YOUR IMPACT
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Industry expertise in infrastructure drainage engineering
- A passion for digital innovation, BIM, and process improvement
- Strong communication, project delivery, and client-handling skills
- 3D modeling and interdisciplinary coordination experience
- EDMS knowledge (e.g., Bentley Projectwise, Autodesk BIM360)
- BIM standards certification (PAS 1192, BS EN ISO 19650)
- A degree/HNC/HND in engineering or a related field
