Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.

We are more than 36,000 people, in over 70 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life. Everyone has an important role to play. With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.

Role description:

Arcadis is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join its growing team. In this role, you will oversee and guide the BIM production team while collaborating with various groups, including Architectural teams across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, and Residential. You will also coordinate cross-discipline with Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and MEP professionals.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will contribute to Arcadis’ broader mission of fostering cross-sector synergy—connecting Places, Mobility, and Resilience. Your work will focus on empowering global work-sharing, driving standardisation and optimisation, and facilitating collaboration across sectors. You will also play a key role in harnessing project data throughout its lifecycle.

Role accountabilities:

  • Provide support to the production team as they develop project BIM deliverables, ensuring alignment with Arcadis standards and best practices. When necessary, ensure compliance with client-specific standards based on the project’s requirements.
  • Oversee BIM deliverables to ensure that they meet client/project requirements.
  • Authoring and reviewing BIM Execution Plans that align with established standards and procedures.
  • Oversee the daily management of BIM project models, including regular reviews, audits, and updates of Autodesk Revit projects. Ensure compliance with office and client standards, maintain the required Level of Development, and enforce proper modeling and documentation practices.
  • Successfully complete assigned BIM support role tasks within budget and project deadlines.
  • Maintain records of coordination activities, including clash resolutions and decisions made during meetings.
  • Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, user administration, and Model upgrades.
  • Work closely with project managers to anticipate upcoming BIM Services needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the support and educational needs of staff and projects are met.
  • Assist in establishing clash detection workflows, processes, and best practices for the project team.
  • Prepare and distribute clash detection reports with clear documentation of findings, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Make optimal use of software capabilities and suggest enhancements or adjustments to software tools and BIM models to optimise workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
