What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading BIM coordination and digital delivery across multiple projects
  • Managing and developing BIM workflows, standards, and model coordination processes
  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary MEP models and clash detection activities using Revit and Navisworks
  • Supporting implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ISO 19650 standards
  • Managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, or Viewpoint
  • Supporting project teams with buildable, coordinated digital models and construction drawings
  • Leading BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and technical reviews with clients and design teams
  • Managing digital asset data and supporting COBie / O&M handover requirements
  • Supporting Pre-Construction and Design teams during tender and project planning stages
  • Driving quality assurance and consistency across all digital deliverables
  • Mentoring and supporting BIM Co-ordinators and BIM Technicians
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, prefabrication, and digital innovation

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5–7+ years’ experience within a BIM-focused role in the M&E or construction sector
  • Strong experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
  • Good understanding of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework standards
  • Experience managing Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead BIM coordination workshops and manage multiple project priorities
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for digital construction and continuous improvement
