BIM Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital design strategy across multiple studios. This is a senior role responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards
- Ensuring consistent delivery across large-scale, technically complex UK projects in residential, healthcare, transport, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM protocols, workflows, and templates in line with ISO 19650
- Lead BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across projects and offices
- Manage model audits, clash detection, and data integrity reviews
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical support for project teams
- Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth information exchange
- Research and introduce new BIM tools and digital processes to enhance workflows

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM Coordinator in architecture, engineering, or construction
- Advanced proficiency in Revit; skilled in Navisworks and BIM 360
- Strong knowledge of UK BIM standards, with ISO 19650 as essential
- Track record of delivering complex projects using BIM workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with an innovative approach to digital delivery
