#28461 – Architectural BIM Manager
Searching for Architecturally biased BIM Coordinators/ BIM Managers UK Wide— we’re currently working with a well-known multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in the Data Centre market. Our client is looking for someone with working knowledge/ experience using Revit where you will be assisting a team of architects and technicians to deliver the design packages. Fully remote working on competitive market rates can be offered.
- Hourly rates Outside IR35 (large rate variation depending on experience).
- Fully remote working arrangements – Hybrid working into London can be offered.

Requirements:

- Exposure to complex projects– industrial, Data Centres etc
- Prior experience as a BIM coordinator/ BIM Manager, or a related role, preferably in infrastructure and/or buildings.
- Strong technical background, with previous experience of using software tools such as Revit, Navisworks or Dynamo
- Experience of working with clash detection systems.
- Solid grasp of current BIM standards, regulations and policies.
- Ability to manage and process BIM models accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee BIM design models and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring the designs meet the project requirements
- Conduct clash detection tests to find complications, and problems, and ensure that the models follow project specifications and the BIM Execution Plan.
- Make sure that models are concise and that documentation is organised efficiently in the Common Data Environment.
- Run regular quality checks to ensure that the design models comply with client and project requirements.
- Organise coordination meetings to discuss and find solutions for any design and/or model issues and challenges.
