Job Title

A global architecture and design practice is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist to join its London studio, supporting the continued growth of its Aviation sector. You would be joining a globally recognised multidisciplinary practice with expertise spanning aviation, transport, commercial, workplace, education, data centres and mixed-use developments.

About the Role

Working within the London Aviation team, you would play a pivotal role in delivering major international airport and passenger terminal projects while collaborating closely with the wider London studio and the firm's global BIM and Digital Practice teams. This is a standalone role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of BIM strategy across multiple live projects while remaining closely involved in project delivery.

With a strong culture of merit-based progression, industry-leading project exposure and genuine opportunities to influence digital delivery across the practice, this is an outstanding move for an experienced BIM professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead across multiple aviation and transportation projects from design through delivery
  • Develop BIM Execution Plans, project standards and digital workflows to support consistent project delivery
  • Lead project model setup, coordination and quality assurance within Revit
  • Monitor model health, BIM compliance and project performance throughout each stage
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and project teams within shared BIM environments
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and project support to architectural and interior design teams
  • Work closely with the wider London BIM team, sharing knowledge and supporting digital initiatives across multiple sectors
  • Collaborate with the firm's global Digital Practice team to develop BIM standards, templates, workflows and digital tools
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, automation and digital best practice across projects
  • Support project teams in resolving complex technical and modelling challenges

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
