About the Role
EA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our growing architectural team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should:
- Have strong experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
- Understand architectural drawings and 3D modeling deeply.
- Experience in Revit is advantageous.
You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to:
- Develop accurate BIM models, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 2D drawings and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects.
- Create architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Update project drawings based on design revisions and client feedback.
- Ensure model accuracy and consistency when coordinating with architects and the design team.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing standards.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with company and project standards.
- Support the design team across all project lifecycle stages.

Required Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Experienced with SketchUp (mandatory).
- Revit knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and time management capabilities.
