About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a BIM Modeller to support BIM coordination through the development of accurate 3D architectural models.

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed architectural BIM models in Revit for controlled environment projects
  • Create and manage Revit families, templates, and model content
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support coordination issue resolution
  • Manage and update project information within the Common Data Environment
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with Ardmac BIM standards, design procedures, and project requirements
  • Review models and drawings against project specifications and client-specific standards
  • Support training and mentoring of junior staff and external resources
  • Assist in implementing new BIM technologies and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BIM, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Architectural BIM modelling
  • Experience in controlled environments or fit-out projects is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is essential

Ability and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of BIM modelling principles, standards, and best practices
  • Ability to produce, coordinate, and review BIM models with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in clash detection, coordination workflows, and clash reports
  • Understanding of model level of detail and quality control requirements
  • Ability to review models and drawings in line with project and client-specific standards
  • Basic understanding of data centre fit-out construction, including drylining, whitewall systems, and ceilings
  • Awareness of constructability and its integration within BIM workflows
