Job Title
BIM Modeler
Role Purpose
The BIM Modeler is at the forefront of creating and managing the digital model of the built environment. Construction projects often involve multiple BIM modelers from various specialisations, who are skilled in using BIM software and possess advanced professional knowledge of their respective disciplines.

BIM Modelers transform design concepts into detailed, intelligent 3D models that serve as the foundation of the BIM process. These models offer real-time updates and data integration, streamlining decision-making across every stage of a project. You will ensure the models accurately reflect project requirements and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Use BIM software to develop and maintain detailed 3D models.
- Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Execute clash detection and facilitate discussions to resolve design conflicts.
- Collaborate with AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) professionals and stakeholders, participating in project meetings to ensure designs are coordinated and accurate.
- Continuously update and revise models in response to feedback and project changes.
- Conduct model quality checks to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Required Skills and Competencies
Role Requirements

Qualification: Degree or certification in a related discipline (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, BIM).

Proficiency with BIM software, including:
- ACC, REVIT, REVIT MEP
- BIM 360
- Navisworks Manage
- Synchro
- Dynamo
- AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD
- Tekla
- BIM Collaborate (and others)
