About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and innovative BIM Modeler to join our团队 in London, England (E4 8JG).
This role sits at the cutting edge of digital construction, where design concepts are transformed into intelligent 3D models—the backbone of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) process. As a BIM Modeler, you’ll work alongside AEC professionals and stakeholders to ensure your models are:
✔ Accurate, up-to-date, and compliant ✔ Free of clashes—aligning designs for seamless execution ✔ Integrated with real-time data to optimise decision-making across a project’s lifecycle
Your work will directly inform construction planning, cost management, and sustainability goals—making you a vital contributor to high-performance infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for construction projects using BIM software.
- Ensure model integrity, with strict adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct clash detection, identify conflicts in design, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Actively participate in project meetings, contributing to coordinated and accurate designs.
- Revise and update models based on feedback, design changes, or new project recommendations.
- Perform rigorous model verification to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance before release.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
❌ Degree or professional certification in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, or BIM). ✅ Proficiency in BIM software, including:
- ArchiCAD (ACC)
- Revit/Revit MEP
- BIM 360
- Navisworks Manage
- Synchro
- Dynamo
- AutoCAD Plant 3D
- AutoCAD
- Tekla
- BIM Collaborate Pro (or similar)
💡 Note: The system recognises a broad range of tools; we’re open to candidates with strong existing BIM knowledge, even if not every platform is listed.
