Ada Meher is partnered with a Building Services Consultancy in Leeds as they seek a BIM Specialist to join their established BIM function working on high profile projects across the UK. The role is primarily focused on Revit modelling on MEP based projects but will also offer the successful candidate the chance to develop skills in other practices from clash detection to COBie data validation work on projects across all RIBA stages and rooted in MEP.
The business are extremely people-centric, prioritising work/life balance and a culture of autonomy for their staff. As such this role comes with flexible working options, asking for 2-3 days a week office presence in Bristol, as well as the opportunity to opt into their 9-day fortnight scheme – making every other weekend 3 days long!

To Be Considered:
- 2+ years experience in BIM modelling with Revit
- Strong experience in MEP based model creation using Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with model co-ordination & clash detection (Navisworks/ACC) would be a bonus
- Experience with industry-standard data formats (COBie/IFC) would be a bonus
