BIM Technician

Precision matters. So does influence.

BIM at IN2 is central to project delivery, not a support function. You'll play a key role in making sure designs translate into buildable, coordinated solutions. Your technical precision directly shapes project outcomes.

The Role

You'll be embedded in project teams, working alongside engineers and clients to ensure every design is buildable, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage BIM models using Revit
  • Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams
  • Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues
  • Maintain model accuracy and quality across all stages
  • Support engineers and project teams with detailed information
  • Contribute to efficient and coordinated project delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant qualification in BIM, engineering, or similar
  • Experience using Revit in a building services or construction environment
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
