Are you a BIM Technician looking to develop your career with a respected Building Services consultancy?

You'll join a collaborative team where you'll work on a diverse portfolio of healthcare, education, commercial, residential and leisure projects, helping deliver high-quality MEP Revit models from concept through to construction.

This is an excellent opportunity if you're looking to strengthen your BIM coordination skills, work alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals, and build a long-term career within digital engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

As a BIM Technician, you'll play an important role in the delivery of coordinated Building Services models by:

  • Producing and coordinating high-quality MEP Revit models across multiple projects.
  • Setting up and maintaining project models, views, sheets, worksets and templates.
  • Supporting clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
  • Working closely with mechanical, electrical, public health, architectural and structural teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
  • Assisting with BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery processes.
  • Participating in internal and client design coordination meetings.
  • Supporting BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows and information management.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in BIM standards and best practice.

What You'll Bring

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services or MEP environment.
  • Previous experience as a BIM Technician, Revit Technician or MEP CAD/BIM professional.
  • Knowledge of BIM coordination and UK construction project workflows.
  • Experience using Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
