About The Role
What if your years of advanced biology training could directly shape how AI understands genetics, biotechnology, and the life sciences — influencing research tools used by scientists worldwide?
We're looking for Biology experts with graduate-level credentials to help build and refine cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific expertise will be used to create, solve, and evaluate complex biology problems that push AI reasoning to its limits.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain knowledge and a commitment to scientific rigor.

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, nuanced problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen model reasoning
- Ensure scientific rigor and precision across all deliverables

Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, or equivalent
- Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable working with Python or R in a research or analytical context
- Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex science without sacrificing accuracy
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- Fluent in English

- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in academic research, scientific publishing, or technical writing
- Familiarity with computational biology tools or bioinformatics pipelines
- Experience designing or grading advanced biology coursework or assessments
