Biology Masters – AI Data Trainer

About The Role

We're looking for Biology Masters graduates and current students to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need subject-matter experts like you to make AI smarter in the life sciences.

Your deep knowledge of biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems. No AI background needed — just strong scientific thinking and a passion for your field.

Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design rigorous, advanced biology problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and quality
  • Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
  • Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
  • Able to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
  • No prior AI experience required
