Biology Masters — AI Data Trainer

About The Role

We're looking for biology experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. If you have a Masters in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field — your knowledge is exactly what leading AI research labs need right now.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where you'll apply your scientific expertise to challenge, evaluate, and refine AI systems — directly influencing how AI reasons through complex biological problems.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design rigorous, advanced biology questions to benchmark and test AI performance
  • Develop clear, step-by-step model solutions with sound scientific reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI capabilities in the life sciences

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on flexible, task-based assignments
  • No prior AI experience required — your domain expertise is what matters
