Biology Masters
Biology Masters — AI Data Trainer
About the Role
We're seeking biology experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. If you hold a Masters in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, your expertise is what leading AI research labs need currently.
This fully remote, flexible contract role will allow you to apply your scientific knowledge to challenge, evaluate, and refine AI systems—directly shaping how AI tackles complex biological problems.

What You’ll Do
- Design rigorous, advanced biology questions to benchmark and test AI performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step model solutions grounded in scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology
- Provide structured, expert feedback to directly enhance AI capabilities in the life sciences

Who You Are
Required
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Possesses strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated, comfortable working independently for task-based assignments
- No prior AI experience required—your domain expertise is the primary qualifier

- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or biochemistry
