About the Role
At Alignerr, we collaborate with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to develop and train advanced AI models.
We’re seeking remote contractors with a Masters in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields to join our mission. No AI experience required—just expertise in advanced biology to help fine-tune LLMs (like ChatGPT) for real-world impact. Earn up to $55/hour, with flexible weekly hours (10–40).
Key Responsibilities
- Design cutting-edge biology questions to rigorously test AI performance.
- Create structured, step-by-step solutions with clear logic and reasoning.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and coherence.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level topics (e.g., molecular biology, DNA/RNA interactions, bioinformatics).

- Compensation: $35–$55/hour

Requirements
Essential
- Annual holding of a Masters qualification (or pursuing one) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields (e.g., bioengineering, computational biology).
- Proficiency in analyzing complex biology concepts (e.g., DNA mechanisms, metabolic pathways, biological research methodologies).
- Ability to deconstruct and communicate technical ideas with clarity—writing skills are paramount.
- No prior AI knowledge required.
Preferred
- Experience with data annotation, crowdsourcing evaluation, or quality verification.
