About the Role

We are offering a remote contract position for those with a Masters in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Earn $35–$55/hour, fully remote, with flexible weekly hours, no prior AI experience necessary.
Help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) with your biology expertise. Your role will involve designing well-structured questions, evaluating AI responses, and collaborating with researchers to improve benchmarks from undergraduate to Masters-level content.

Responsibilities
- Design advanced biology questions to evaluate AI model performance.

Requirements
Essential
- Masters (completed or pursuing) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong biology reasoning and problem-solving skills in advanced domains.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in writing and provide structured feedback.
- No AI experience required.
