Biology Masters – AI Data Trainer

About The Role

We're looking for Masters-level biology professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex biological concepts — from cell biology to molecular genetics and beyond.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your advanced biology knowledge becomes the foundation for smarter, more accurate AI systems. No AI background required — your science is what matters.

Organization: Alignerr

Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design challenging, graduate-level biology problems to rigorously test AI performance
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, logical soundness, and depth of understanding
  • Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
  • Help identify gaps in AI reasoning across domains like biochemistry, genetics, physiology, and biotechnology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
