Position: Biology Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80 - $90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on biology-related data, prompts, or content utilized in AI development.
- Create, review, and refine scientific scenarios, questions, or explanations representative of real-world biological problems.
- Offer expert-level insights to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth in AI training datasets and outputs.
- Collaborate with platform teams to clarify ambiguous queries and enhance data quality or coverage related to biological subjects.
- Document findings, methodologies, and rationales to support transparency and reproducibility in project deliverables.
- Participate in iterative review cycles, contributing to continuous improvements of the AI model's capabilities in biology.

Requirements
- PhD in biology or a closely related life science discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in core biological concepts and the ability to contextualize complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of feedback and scientific reasoning.
- Experience with scientific data analysis, critical evaluation of information, and synthesis of complex subject matter.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables within defined project frameworks.
- Prior contributions to interdisciplinary projects or scientific collaborations.
