At Oasis Academy Hadley, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable A Level Biology Tutor to support our students through high-quality small group sessions.

About The Role
You will deliver engaging, focused Biology tutoring sessions to small groups of students, designed to accelerate progress and deepen understanding.
Working closely with teaching staff and academy leaders, you’ll ensure sessions are aligned with the curriculum and tailored to meet individual student needs.
This is a flexible, part-time role, with sessions agreed based on your availability and the needs of the academy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality A Level Biology tutoring to small groups
- Use assessment information to identify gaps and plan targeted sessions
- Support students to build confidence, improve exam technique, and develop subject mastery
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and track student progress
- Create a positive, focused, and supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with staff to maximise the impact of tutoring
- Maintain simple records of sessions and student outcomes
