About the Role
We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own startups as fellows in our flagship programme. Backed by serial entrepreneurs such as Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B exit), we provide world-class support for outliers and serial entrepreneurs aiming to build €1B+ companies.

Requirements
✅ Location – You must be based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate. ✅ Ambition – Be committed to fully owning your startup and scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. ✅ English Proficiency – Must possess excellent communication skills in English. ✅ Attitude – Ready to live, breathe, and scale a €1B+ enterprise.
