Location: Birmingham (Bennett's Hill) Salary: Up to £14.90/hour | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus Contract: Full time

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Crafting and stretching pizzas to Rudy’s Neapolitan standards
- Working the oven with confidence, precision, and pride
- Maintaining station prep and ensuring consistent quality throughout shifts
- Following Rudy’s recipes and techniques, while meeting strict service standards
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a positive shift atmosphere

✔ Experience in a professional kitchen environment ✔ A passion for Neapolitan pizza—quality and consistency must be your priority ✔ The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure—and enjoy it! ✔ Pizza chef experience preferred (Neapolitan preferred but not mandatory) ✔ Team player—great communicator, stays calm and focused in a busy kitchen
