The Role
As a Senior Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s, you’re not just a cook—you’re the heart of our pizzeria. Here, you’ll:
- Stretch pizzas by hand, crafting them to Rudy’s Neapolitan standards
- Work the oven with precision, speed, and pride
- Maintain station prep while ensuring consistent quality throughout your shift
- Follow Rudy’s recipes, techniques, and standards impeccably
- Enforce food hygiene and health & safety with full commitment
- Support the kitchen team and contribute to a positive, energetic shift atmosphere

Key Requirements
✔ Professional kitchen experience (preferably as a Pizza Chef) ✔ Passion for Neapolitan Pizza and unwavering commitment to quality and consistency ✔ The ability to work fast and accurately under pressure—and enjoy the adrenaline! ✔ Team player with great communication skills ✔ Confidence and creativity in an authentic cookery environment 🎨 Neapolitan experience preferred but not essential!
