Bistro (Canteen) Supervisor
Salary: £25,918.06 per annum
Location: Booths Central Office, Longridge Road, Ribbleton, Preston, PR2 5BX
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Closing date: 22.07.26
Working Pattern
- This is a full time position with a contract of 36 hours per week, worked across a 5 day week (Monday - Friday).
- The role will be based at our Central Office in Preston.
- This position does not involve any late nights or split shifts.
The Role
We are seeking a Bistro Supervisor to lead catering operations across our central office and two manufacturing canteens. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor with strong people leadership, customer service, and food safety standards.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of three catering facilities, leading your team to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily catering operations across multiple sites
- Lead, coach and support the team

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar environment
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and allergen management
- A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Confidence in a busy, fast-paced environment
