Exciting Opportunity in the Bladder and Bowel Service
We are seeking a motivated individual who wishes to join us.
If you are committed to improving continence outcomes for patients, then this post is your chance to work in a dynamic team and make a real difference to our patients.
Role Requirements
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. Please confirm in your application that you meet the specified criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide an advanced standard of clinical assessment, evidence-based advice, and education to individuals with bladder and bowel problems.
- To plan, implement, and evaluate specialist packages of care for individuals with bladder and bowel problems.
- To work as part of the multidisciplinary team with the aim of preventing admission, supporting early discharge, and providing ongoing or shared care for patients with continence problems.
- To provide advice and education to the general public and other healthcare professionals.
- To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner with access to advice and support from senior colleagues.
- To participate in evidence-based audit and research projects.
