Skillademia

Skillademia is an exciting company helping to educate people around the world, for less!

We publish creative, business, and language courses for people who want to learn more and kickstart their future!

We are looking for an experienced Blender teacher

Who can create engaging, project-based online courses. These courses will be centered around a specific creative project.

This is not a one-off recording, but an ongoing collaboration. In addition to creating content, you’ll also engage with students by answering questions and supporting them as they learn.

What’s Involved?

  • Work with our team to design several small, project-based courses around Blender.
  • Record your lessons (screen + audio) using a professional microphone.
  • Present the introduction and outro for the course on camera.
  • Deliver raw footage - we handle editing and post-production.
  • Answer student questions on your course(s) once published.
  • Option to continue producing more content long-term.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What happens next?

It’s pretty simple, follow your outline, record your screen teaching the course, and use a professional microphone to guide students on the skills they’ll be learning. You will only be required to create raw footage, the editing parts will be handled by us.

Once the production is complete, the course will be published and the work is done. Unless you would like to create more content? Then fantastic! There are also long-term teaching opportunities down the road.
