Could you run your own local business with Hillarys?

A flexible opportunity that works around you, whether you’re looking for Full or Part-Time work.

At Hillarys, we offer you the chance to work for yourself—close to home, at your own pace, and built around your lifestyle and commitments. As part of our network of over 1,200 local Advisors, you’ll enjoy flexibility, great earnings, and a supportive model designed specifically for you.

About Hillarys

Hillarys, established over 50 years ago, is the UK’s leading provider of window furnishings—catering to curtains, blinds, shutters, and external window treatments, with an annual turnover of £250m. We’re still experiencing strong growth and are now seeking more dedicated Advisors to join our team.

Our model is built on trust, personal service, and quality. Our Advisors:

  • Visit customers at home to provide bespoke advice tailored to their lifestyle.
  • Measure, select, and order bespoke solutions designed for the customer’s space.
  • Manufacture the products and ensure a professional and beautiful finish—including full installation—right from your local area.

If this isn’t something you’ve tried before, no problem. Most of our Advisors started exactly where you are now—and many have gone on to thrive as successful local Hillarys businesses, growing their earnings year on year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
