Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an organised and proactive Block Administration Assistant to support our Block Management Team. This role provides administrative support and suits someone with strong administration and IT skills who wants to grow their career in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming emails and telephone calls
- Handling customer and client enquiries
- Instructing contractors and arranging works
- Raising invoices
- Saving and maintaining electronic records and documentation
- Providing general administrative support

What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately
Desirable
- Experience within the property industry (not mandatory)
