Block Manager Opportunity – West Yorkshire

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a well-established property business that’s continuing to grow its specialist property management team in West Yorkshire. They’re looking to appoint a Block Manager who wants more than just another job, offering structured training and genuine long-term progression.
Whether you're currently working in lettings, residential property management, or estate agency, this Block Manager position is an opportunity to:

The Package
- Up to £40,000 inclusive of car allowance (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Structured training and development into a fully autonomous Block Manager position

The Block Manager Role
- Support the management of a residential block portfolio alongside experienced colleagues
- Handle day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with landlords, leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and day-to-day property matters
- Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance standards are met
- Gradually take ownership of your own portfolio as your experience grows

The Person
- Experience in lettings or property management backgrounds (or equivalent will be considered)
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing a varied workload
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in Block Management—not a short-term role
- Previous block management experience is welcome but not essential
- Full UK Driving License (required)
