Estates Property Manager – Leeds
£38,000 | Permanent | Hybrid – 2 days office (Leeds LS1), 2 days home, 1 day on site
We're recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established managing agent, looking after a residential block portfolio across Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.
The role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of 11–15 RMCs (around 600–700 units), acting as the main point of contact for directors and leaseholders. Day to day you'll be:
- Managing your portfolio end to end – budgets, service charges, contractors, insurance and compliance
- Preparing and presenting annual service charge budgets and working with credit control on arrears
- Running Section 20 consultations and supporting major works projects
- Carrying out regular site inspections and dealing with reactive maintenance
- Chairing and minuting AGMs, directors' and residents' meetings
- Keeping on top of health & safety compliance across your sites
- Managing on-site staff and your Property Management Assistant

What we're looking for
- 3–4 years' block/leasehold property management experience
- A solid working knowledge of Section 20 consultation
- Confident reading and interpreting leases and other legal documents
- Strong communicator who keeps clients updated and responds quickly
- Full UK driving licence – you'll be out on site visits weekly
