Block Manager
Block Manager - North West London
Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per annum Type: Full Time Location: Harrow, London Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30
My client, an independent management company established for over 20 years, is seeking a Block Manager to join their team in North West London. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, upholding their reputation while managing their portfolio of properties.

Duties and Responsibilities (But Not Limited To)
- Full management of assigned property portfolio
- Preparation and management of service charge budgets
- Handling planned maintenance
- Conducting regular property visits
- Continuous improvement of portfolio performance
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in block management
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to solve problems under pressure
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
