Whether you're currently working in lettings, residential property management or estate agency, this Block Property Manager opportunity offers the chance to develop specialist expertise, build your own portfolio and join a business that genuinely invests in its people.
No previous Block Property Manager experience is required. This established West Yorkshire property business provides structured training, clear career progression and ongoing support to help you succeed. If you already have Block Management experience, we'd love to hear from you too.
The Package
- Up to £40,000 inclusive of car allowance (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Structured training and development into a fully autonomous Block Manager position

The Person
- Experience in lettings or property management backgrounds or a similar (all considered)
- Organised, proactive and confident managing a varied workload
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career within Block Management, not a short-term role
- Previous block management experience is welcome but not essential.
- Full UK Driving License (required)

The Block Property Manager Role
- Support the management of a residential block portfolio alongside experienced colleagues
- Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with landlords, leaseholders, contractors and stakeholders
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and day-to-day property matters
- Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance standards are met
- Gradually take ownership of your own portfolio as your experience grows
