Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Blockchain Security Architect. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and governing security architectures for blockchain platforms, smart contract solutions, digital asset technologies, tokenization platforms, and distributed ledger ecosystems. You will partner with application development, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, digital asset, and business teams to ensure blockchain solutions are designed and deployed in accordance with enterprise security standards and industry best practices.

Why This Role Is Important To Us

The team you will be joining is part of the Security Architecture organization, a function that is critical to protecting the firm's applications, data, cloud platforms, and emerging technology initiatives. As blockchain and digital asset technologies continue to evolve, this role is responsible for ensuring secure adoption of distributed ledger technologies while managing cyber, operational, and third-party risks associated with decentralized architectures.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As a Blockchain Security Architect, you will:

  • Perform security architecture reviews for blockchain, distributed ledger, tokenization, and digital asset initiatives.
  • Assess blockchain platforms, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and supporting infrastructure for security risks and design weaknesses.
  • Partner with engineering, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams to develop secure blockchain architecture patterns and security controls.
  • Conduct threat modeling and security assessments for blockchain platforms, smart contracts, digital asset custody solutions, and supporting services.
  • Define security requirements for cryptographic key management, wallet security, node security, consensus mechanisms, and cross-chain integrations.
  • Evaluate third-party blockchain platforms, vendors, and service providers from a security and risk management perspective.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on blockchain security threats, attack vectors, and emerging industry security practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
