We are looking for a dependable and experienced Construction Site Handyman to join our team on projects across London. This is a hands-on role supporting site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained, and carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general site maintenance and repairs.
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and finishing works.
- Install and repair temporary site fixtures, hoardings, fencing, and signage.
- Assist with snagging works and preparing completed areas for handover.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Support site managers and trades with general labour and maintenance duties.
- Report defects, damaged equipment, and health and safety concerns.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Previous experience working on construction sites.
- Good all-round handyman or multi-trade skills.
- Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential). Green CSCS Cards are not accepted for a handyman on our sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Own basic hand tools preferred.
