Help Shape the Future of Intelligent Automation

Are you an experienced Blue Prism Developer looking for more than just your next development role?

We're supporting a secure public sector organisation that's investing heavily in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and expanding its in-house automation capability. This is an opportunity to play a key role in that journey—working on meaningful projects that improve operational efficiency while helping shape the future of automation across the organisation.

Working alongside the Lead Blue Prism Developer, you'll design, develop, and enhance Blue Prism solutions while contributing to the growth, maturity, and technical direction of the wider RPA function.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Blue Prism automations.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Developing scalable, resilient, and supportable automations.
  • Producing clear technical documentation and promoting development best practice.
  • Working with the Lead Blue Prism Developer to improve delivery standards and automation capability.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise existing processes and maximise business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
