We have an opportunity for a BMS Channel Account Manager (North UK) to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team at Honeywell, focusing on the Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham and surrounding areas of the UK.
In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture customer relationships
- Achieve profitable sales of our Honeywell Trend, Optimizer and broader building products portfolio
- Ensure customer satisfaction that delivers exceptional sales results and long-term partnerships
This is a remote role with around 50% travel to client sites in the North UK region.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner & Relationship Management
- Strengthen partnerships with existing and potential building management system (BMS) providers
- Educate partners on Honeywell product ranges, industry innovations, technical advancements, and future-proof technologies
- Support in specifier and end-user meetings with unbeatable confidence and product expertise
- Assist in technical and commercial product selection to align with partner needs and end-user satisfaction

Sales Growth & Facility Deployment
- Identify high-value opportunities where partners currently use alternative BMS solutions—turning “why not us?” into “decisive wins”
- Implement strategic planning tools to drive partner growth and expand Honeywell portfolio adoption in their projects
- Foster profitable and scalable sales outcomes—growing revenue while maintaining strong profit margins

- Proactively identify and pivot on emerging market trends to secure pipeline and convert leads into long-term relationships
Requirements
Experience & Background
✔ Sales excellence with a track record of driving results across diverse, complex organisations ✔ Deep understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) preferred, along with software integration and automation ✔ Technical expertise in HVAC, lighting, security or sustainability systems is a strong advantage ✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical discipline will be beneficial
