London and EU Projects
- Yearly Salary - £50,000 - £75,000
- Yearly Bonus

Responsibilities
- Commission BMS and control systems on large-scale data centre projects.
- Perform point-to-point checks, I/O testing and functional system testing.
- Carry out software testing, graphics validation and system integration.
- Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues efficiently on site.
- Work with HVAC, mechanical and electrical contractors during commissioning activities.
- Support integrated systems testing (IST), witnessing and client demonstrations.
- Produce commissioning documentation, test records and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Travel across the UK and Europe as projects require.

Desired Experience
- Proven experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens, Honeywell, Distech, Johnson Controls or similar.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation and control strategies.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT or other communication protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings, wiring schematics and commissioning documentation.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
- Full UK driving licence.
