BMS Commissioning Engineer – Midlands Projects Team

We're looking for a driven and experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our Projects Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, delivering cutting-edge building control solutions across commercial, industrial and public sector environments.

What You'll Do
- Commission, configure and optimise BMS hardware and software
- Commission and complete BMS installations across multiple project sites
- Integrate third-party systems including HVAC, lighting and energy management controls
- Test, fault find and optimise BMS systems to ensure successful project delivery
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during commissioning and project delivery
- Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics and technical documentation
- Work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and customers
- Assist with project documentation including point schedules, descriptions of operation, graphics and network architecture
- Deliver training and system handovers to customers and facilities teams
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
- Experience with BMS platforms such as Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Honeywell or Schneider
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building controls and energy management systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and control wiring diagrams
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- A proactive and professional approach to project delivery
- Willingness to travel across the Midlands and surrounding areas as required
