BMS Engineer

What You Will Do

Join our Building Efficiency Division, delivering energy-efficient solutions to over a million customers globally. As a BMS Engineer, you’ll perform routine service and maintenance on Building Management Systems across key sites in London and the South. You’ll:

  • Support stakeholders with BMS-related queries
  • Identify small works opportunities
  • May join the on-call rota for emergency callouts

Who We’re Looking For

We’re ideally looking for candidates with experience working on JCI's Metasys systems. However, if you’re a technically minded individual with hands-on experience in HVAC systems—such as AHUs, FCUs, Chillers—and have worked with Trend, Tridium, or any other BMS products, we encourage you to apply. We value a willingness to learn and are willing to offer an accelerated training program to the right individual, helping you become proficient across Johnson’s Controls products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
