BMS Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE + Company Car/Allowance + Pension + Excellent Benefits
We're looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join a leading building automation specialist delivering high-profile commercial, healthcare, education, and critical environment projects across London and the South East. You'll take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role
- Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from award to completion.
- Oversee project costs, programmes, resources, and subcontractors.
- Attend client and site progress meetings.
- Manage procurement, technical submissions, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing BMS projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
- Technical knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems.
- Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, and project finances.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
