A leading Building Management Systems (BMS) provider is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join its growing London projects team.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of BMS projects across commercial, residential, and critical infrastructure environments, working with established clients and a highly experienced engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and completion
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and timelines
- Lead engineers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
- Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and milestones
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Manage project variations and identify commercial opportunities
- Produce project reports and documentation

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering BMS projects as a Project Manager with budgets over £2,000,000
- Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar
- Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Full UK driving licence
